Refund and Cancelation
Our products are art created upon request through a print-on-demand process; they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the files have been delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final for print-on-demand items.
However, if you encounter issues such as receiving the wrong artwork or a file error, we are here to help! You can contact us at hello@retrospaces.co within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work to resolve the issue.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to Retrospaces. we offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
Damages and Issues
If you receive defective art or the wrong print, please contact us immediately at hello@retrospaces.co. We will evaluate the issue and provide the correct product at no additional cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As our products are printed upon request, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or the printing process has started.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable for print-on-demand products. However, if there is a problem with the artwork or print you received, we will be happy to replace it with the correct one.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your purchase is being made from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for any reason. However, once the print-on-demand item has been created or shipped, this right no longer applies, as the item is considered “used” upon the start of the production process.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to resolve a technical issue with the product or you receive the wrong file and no resolution can be found. In such cases, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@retrospaces.co.
